Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the 40bd platform. By starting to use the service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Age Policy

The 40bd platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity.

You must provide truthful information about your actual age at the time of registration. 40bd may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. The right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete is reserved.

Geographic Eligibility

This platform provides services targeting users in Bangladesh. Residents of areas where online gaming or betting is prohibited should not use this platform. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws in their area.

Ineligible Persons

  • Any person under the age of 21
  • Those who have already been permanently banned from 40bd
  • Those who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program
  • Officers, employees of 40bd, or their close relatives
  • Any person acting in violation of these Terms

Account Registration and Management

Registration Process

When opening an account on the 40bd platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 40bd reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity to 40bd support immediately.

40bd is not responsible for any loss caused by someone other than you acting without your permission. Use a strong password for security and change it regularly.

Updating Information

If your contact information, payment details, or any other registration information changes, update your profile immediately. 40bd will not be held responsible for payment delays or account verification issues caused by outdated information.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

To deposit funds at 40bd, we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Payment processing is generally instant. No transaction fees are charged by 40bd at the time of deposit, however your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.

  • Completing account verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • 40bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
  • If evidence of fraud or misuse is found, a withdrawal may be permanently cancelled.

Currency

All transactions on the 40bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For payments in foreign currency, a conversion rate will be applied automatically.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be ৳500 or more.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the bonus amount, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

  • Valid bets must be placed on specified games to meet the wagering requirement.
  • The wagering must be completed within a set time period from the date the bonus is received — the time limit will be stated in the specific terms of each bonus.
  • If a withdrawal is attempted while wagering is incomplete, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the offer page.
  • An offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 40bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
  • 40bd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct

Fair Play Rules

All games on 40bd are operated by software from accredited technology providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

If a game's outcome cannot be determined accurately due to an error or technical issue, the relevant bet will be voided and the bet amount will be returned.

Prohibited Activities

  • Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation
  • Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
  • Depositing into an account using third-party funds
  • Placing strategic bets with the intent to circumvent promotional terms
  • Colluding with other users

Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute regarding a game result or a transaction, 40bd customer service must be contacted within 72 hours of the incident. Our team will investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

VIP Program and Cashback

VIP Tiers

40bd has three VIP tiers. Based on regular play, users can gradually advance to higher tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The cashback amount is added to the user's account every Monday and a wagering requirement may apply.

VIP Benefits Terms

  • After reaching a VIP tier, the tier may be downgraded due to inactivity.
  • VIP benefits are non-transferable.
  • 40bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
  • VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of an account violation.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there are no violations of the Terms.

Closure by 40bd

40bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Any violation of these Terms
  • If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found
  • If registration was completed using false information
  • Bonus abuse or managing multiple accounts
  • Due to any legal or regulatory obligation

In the event of a violation, bonuses held in the account and winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited.

Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted online gaming standards and general contract law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

Amendments to Terms

40bd may change these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
